Privacy notice
This notice covers the details you give us through the two forms on the STEMeUp homepage — the contact form and the newsletter signup. Nothing else is collected from this site.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, role, organisation (if you choose to give it), and the message you write. If you sign up to the newsletter, we collect your email address only. In both cases we collect them on the basis of your explicit consent, given via the unticked checkbox on each form.
What we do with it
Contact-form details are used only to read and reply to your enquiry. Newsletter emails are used only to send the occasional update you signed up for. We do not share either with any third party, and we do not use them for any other purpose.
Where it lives
Submissions are received via Netlify, the host of this page, and stored in our Netlify account.
How long we keep it
Contact-form details are kept for as long as we’re in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe (every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. To do so, send us a request through the contact form on the homepage and we’ll act on it.
